Hatha for Haiti: Yoga for hope, help and healing in Haiti

Dancing Dogs Yoga has, decided to kick off the opening of their yoga studio right down the street from Higher Ground with “Hatha for Haiti.”

Join them for “Hatha for Haiti” on Saturday, February 27th as we practice 108 Sun Salutations in honor of the Haitian people.

They have set their intention to help the people of Haiti, and move through all 108 salutations, led by area yoga teachers. $10 suggested minimum donation.

Email Shelley at shelleylowther@mac.com for details or if you are a yoga teacher who wishes to lead a set of salutations.

Dancing Dogs will open for the event, and donate 10% of all retail sales to Haiti.

Seems like a great way to give back and really is exciting to have someplace to do yoga so close to Higher Ground!
